Fat Larry Comedy Club

Fat Larry's is Olney's entertainment and comedy club, bringing top notch acts to what is the town's liveliest venue.

In April, all money raised for this performance will go to this charity to look after wounded servicemen and women from a special performance of 'From Fringe to Flying Circus'.

7 actor/comedians, including David Lovesy and David Pibworth, will re-enact some of the sketches & music written and performed by The Monty Python and Beyond The Fringe Teams during the 1960’s and early 70’s.

The actors involved are all well versed in this style of comedy, and were all part of the 1st ever stage version of Ripping Yarns, penned by Michael Palin and Terry Jones from the Python team.

Already the production has a great deal of local support.

So don your hanky’s and wellies, and prepare to meet, once again, The Gumbies, Tarzan auditions, many types of cheese, fish slapping , and quite possibly a lumberjack.
