Woburn Abbey

Visit duration: Half-All Day

The beautiful Woburn Abbey is the ancestral home of the Duke of Bedford. It is set in a 3,000 acre deer park.

Woburn Abbey is a showcase for antiques, fine furnishings and works of art by Gainsborough, Van Dyck and Canaletto. The tour of the Abbey covers three floors showing the finest English and French furniture. The Woburn at War exhibition illustrates the impact of the wars on the people of the Abbey.

You can also explore the extensive Abbey gardens and follow a garden trail.

There are times when access to the house is restricted and some rooms can only be accessed by stairs. Please phone to discuss requirements.
