    Description

    Olney is a a great base from which to visit Santa Pod Raceway (Northamptonshire) is the home of European FIA Drag Racing, the "fastest and loudest motorsport on earth".

    The circuit is Europe's first permanent drag racing venue for 1/4 and 1/8 mile racing; In a drag race two cars compete to accelerate the fastest over the course of about a quarter of a mile. The heats leave a winner progressing until there is one driver left. It's an exciting spectacle!
